Compass Recruitment Solutions invests in Carrot Recruitment to accelerate its global life sciences offering

Compass Recruitment Solutions (“CRS”) announces an investment in Carrot Recruitment, a leading UK headquartered pharmaceutical and life science recruitment firm. Carrot offers recruitment solutions across a range of skills functions with a particular specialism in medical communications and business intelligence. This complements the research and development focus of CRS’s existing business, Compass Life Sciences, and will help accelerate growth and build scale in the sector.

Both Carrot and Compass Life Sciences offer a premium contingent service for industry clients with mid-tier management, scientific, professional, and specialist roles. With the combination of the two, Compass will be able to deliver recruitment solutions in life sciences across a broader range of markets and geographies, with its offices in both Europe and the US. Carrot has expertise across the entire product lifecycle including healthcare communications, business intelligence, sales & marketing, market access, clinical research, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and manufacturing whilst Compass Life Sciences offers expertise within R&D, clinical, regulatory, medical affairs and data science.

In addition, Compass Executives, a retained senior executive life sciences search practice for C-suite and C- minus one leadership roles, will benefit from referrals from and to both Carrot and Compass Life Sciences.
